Ch Kyon’s Lady Madonna

in her owners words:

“Lady is doing very well. She’s is truly an extraordinary dog and loved by everyone and she knows it!

She still delights in daily walks. Although a little slower and now going for only shorter distances, she especially takes pleasure in walking through the woods behind our Crescent.

Lady is in exceptionally good health for her senior status and she still loves getting in the middle of any gathering, party or whenever any family-members are just playing around.

Lady has been an amazing dog and an important part of the family and neighbourhood these past sixteen years. We are all so proud of her.”

Lady represents all that we strive to accomplish with our breeding program, she is a beautifully structured dog with superb type, who got her championship with ease, but most important of all: she is of rock-solid temperament and is extremely gentle and laid-back in nature.

The fact that she still is marvelously healthy – and going so strongly – at the advanced age of 16 years – is a testimony to her soundly structured body, her genetic background, but also in huge part due to her own unique love for life. It also speaks volumes about the exceptional care she has received, over the years, as a beloved family pet in the Bennet family.

We are so VERY proud of Lady and thank her owners Dave and Allison Bennet, as well as their children – for looking after Lady so well, for all these past 16 years… and for making her such an integral part of their family. We hope to have the privilege of having Lady still around for a long time!
